  • Calculate applicable taxes automatically at checkout, based on your location — rates range from 0% to 30% depending on local tax rules;
  • Provide our service “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure performance;
  • Do not guarantee that site content is accurate, complete, or up to date — it’s intended for general information only and should never be your sole basis for decisions;
  • Do not accept liability for lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs arising from your use of the service — even if we’ve been advised such losses might occur;

What We Both Agree To

You and TRUESPICK agree to the following shared commitments:

  • You remain fully responsible for all amounts owed to us up to and including the date your account or access ends — whether you choose to stop using the site, notify us of termination, or we end the relationship due to suspected non-compliance;
  • You will indemnify and hold TRUESPICK — along with our affiliates, officers, agents, contractors, suppliers, and employees — harmless from any third-party claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights;
  • These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the UK — regardless of where you’re located;
  • Your submission of personal information through the store falls under our Privacy Policy — a separate but binding document;
  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains fully valid and in effect.

How Changes Work

We may update these Terms at any time by publishing revised versions on our site. You don’t need to re-accept them — your continued use after changes go live means you agree to them. We recommend checking this page occasionally, especially before making purchases or submitting sensitive information.

Where Disputes Are Resolved

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms — including claims about performance, interpretation, or enforcement — will be resolved under UK law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over such matters. This applies even if you live outside the UK.
