You decide what happens to your data — here’s exactly how TRUESPICK handles it, step by step.
When You Give Us Data
You provide personal data directly: when you create an account, fill out a form, or submit contact information. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you choose to share. We store this data to manage your relationship with us — no more, no less.
When You Browse or Use Our Site
We collect technical and behavioral data automatically: your device type, operating system, browser, IP address, approximate location (derived from IP or network signals), and interaction patterns — such as pages visited, time spent, and clicks. None of this identifies you by name unless linked to your account. We retain this data only as long as needed to maintain site functionality, detect abuse, and improve navigation — and never for indefinite profiling.
When You Buy
If you complete a purchase, we store payment data — including card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing and shipping addresses — solely to process the transaction, fulfill the order, and prevent fraud. We do not retain full card numbers after authorization. Order history, delivery status, and return records are kept to support post-purchase service and comply with tax and accounting obligations.
When You Contact Us
Every support request — whether via email, chat, or form submission — generates a record containing your message, contact details, order references, and timestamps. We use these logs to resolve your inquiry, track response quality, and detect recurring issues. Conversations are not shared externally unless required to fulfill your request (e.g., escalating to a logistics partner for delivery verification).
When We Protect or Share Data
We apply reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures to safeguard your data and prevent unauthorized access. Personal data is shared only with strategic partners who help us provide or improve our products, services, and advertising — never for their own marketing without your prior express consent. We do not sell your data. All transfers occur under contractual safeguards ensuring equivalent protection standards.
When You Exercise Your Rights
You may demand access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction on, or objection to processing of your personal data. You also hold the right to data portability — meaning you can receive your data in a structured and standard format — and the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. To protect privacy and security, identity verification may be requested before actioning your request. TRUESPICK will respond in a reasonable timeframe, and in any event within 30 days. Applicable laws or regulatory requirements may allow or require us to refuse to provide or delete some or all of the personal data.
When Laws Require Action
We disclose personal data where required by law, legal process, litigation, or requests from public and governmental authorities — whether within or outside your country of residence. Disclosure may also occur in connection with national security, law enforcement, or matters of public importance. No disclosure occurs outside these strict conditions.
When This Policy Changes
Should updates be necessary — due to legal developments, operational changes, or evolving service features — we will post the revised version here. Continued use of TRUESPICK’s site or services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may discontinue use and contact us to close your account.
To access, correct, or delete your data — or to withdraw consent — email cs@truespick.com. We’ll acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete action within 30 days, unless law requires longer retention.
